Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I, Biju Surendran, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at 844 Dominion Road. Mt Eden, Auckland, hereby give notice, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 23 December 2020.
