Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidation of the above-named company has now been completed. The liquidators’ final reports and accounts pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 28 November 2020.

The registered office of the company is situated at the offices of Liquidation Management Limited, 22 Prosser Street, Porirua 5024.
