Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

In the matter of AVON MILL LIMITED (in liquidation):

Company No.: 1451661

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report has been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Any objections to the removal of the company under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 22 October 2020.
