Notice Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 of Intention to Remove From the Register

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties. The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.

Any objection to removal of KZ TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar by 11 October 2020.

Any objection to removal of SHARP CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar by 14 October 2020.

The registered offices of these companies are situated at the offices of Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
