Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys and Malcolm Russell Moore, liquidators of TOTAL COVER NEW ZEALAND LIMITED and NO DOUBT NZ LIMITED (both in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar of Companies our final reports on the liquidations in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 14 September 2020.
