Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and in the matter of BABY & ME CAKES LIMITED, CBEPX LIMITED, MANAIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED and THE CLASSIC ELIZABETH RESTORATION CO LIMITED (all in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Act, that:

1. It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidations have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
2. Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 17 July 2020.
