I, Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar the final report on the liquidations in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register. Destruction of all remaining books and records will occur 12 months from the date of completion pursuant to section 256 of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 4 February 2020.
