Notice of Intention to Remove Limited Partnership From the Register

The liquidator gives notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), the Registrar intends to remove the limited partnership from the Register.

Any objection, along with its grounds, evidence, and supporting documentation to the removal under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 12 June 2020.
