Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Raymond Paul Cox and David Ian Ruscoe, liquidators of PICASSO GLASS LIMITED (in liquidation), Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, liquidators of EKIWI GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) and AIRPORT OAKS VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar of Companies our final reports on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 29 May 2020.
