Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I, Daran Nair, liquidator of GROCER BOYS LIMITED, HASIKA INC LIMITED, KINGRA HOLDINGS LIMITED and KD FREIGHT LIMITED (all in liquidation) whose registered offices are situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 28 February 2020.
