Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand and Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

I, David Murray, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 29 January 2021.
