Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

The company is an overseas company having its principal place of business in New Zealand, c/o Dentons Kensington Swan, 89 The Terrace, Wellington 6011.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Act, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no sooner than three months after the date of this notice stating the date on which the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
