Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that IAG FINANCE (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
