Notice of Intention of to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AQUA LUNG AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (New Zealand branch), whose registered address is William Buck (NZ) Limited, Level 4, 21 Queen Street, Auckland, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply for removal from the Overseas Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, on or after three months from the date of publication of this notice.
