Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, TRADE LINES MALAYSIAN LIMITED, a company incorporated in Malaysia, but having a place of business in New Zealand, intends for its New Zealand Branch to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 1 July 2019.
