Notice is hereby given that MARES ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

Pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies, on or after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, for the branch to be removed from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
