Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

RITCHIE BROS. AUCTIONEERS PTY. LTD. is registered as an Overseas ASIC Company on the New Zealand Companies Office’s Overseas Register.

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the company gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
