Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that AIRBUS AUSTRALIA PACIFIC (NZ) PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
