Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, CLOUDERA (AUST) PTY LTD gives notice that after expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
