Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Take notice that, pursuant to section 408 of the Insolvency Act 2006, the Official Assignee has applied to the High Court for an order releasing him from the administration of the bankrupt estate of John Andrew Reginald Cox. The High Court will hear the application by way of teleconference on 1 September 2020 at 9.00am. Any party who wishes to be heard in respect of this application should contact the Auckland High Court Civil Registry to notify the Registry that they wish to be included in the teleconference, citing the proceeding number CIV-2017-404-1087.
