Take notice that, pursuant to section 408 of the Insolvency Act 2006, the Official Assignee has applied to the High Court for an order releasing him from the administration of the bankrupt estate of John Andrew Reginald Cox. The High Court will hear the application by way of teleconference on 1 September 2020 at 9.00am.
