This document notifies you that:

1. On 6 December 2019, an application for putting KIWI GTR LIMITED (trading as Cheers NZ Liquor) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2019-404-2695. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 6 March 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
