This document notifies you that:

1. On 18 December 2019, an application for putting GLOBAL DAIRY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2019-404-2767. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 13 March 2020 at 10.00am.
