1. On 27 October 2020, an application for putting MIDWAY TRANSPRO LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2020-463-77. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 8 December 2020 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
