This document notifies you that:

1. On 21 October 2020, an application for putting NZCN 6299910 LIMITED (previously named BEST TELECOM NZ HOLDINGS LIMITED) (“defendant company”) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2020-470-101. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on Monday 7 December 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Rosalind Kay Wright, whose address for service is the offices of Burley Castle Hawkins Lawyers, Monmouth House, 41 Monmouth Street, Tauranga 3110. The plaintiff’s solicitors are Thomas Castle, Solicitor, and Camille Bell, Counsel acting, whose address is as noted above.
