This document notifies you that:

1. On 13 October 2020, an application for putting THOMPSON & WILSON LIMITED (trading as Falcon Interiors) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2020-404-1911. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 27 November 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Potter Interior Systems, a division of CSR Building Products (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of c/- Credit Consultants Group NZ Limited, Level 12, 15 Willeston Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Catherine Louise Waugh, whose address is as noted above.
