1. On 30 September 2020, an application for putting THE CRAFT MEAT COMPANY LIMITED (t/a FISHER FOODS) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2020-412-84. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday 19 November 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
