1. On 6 October 2020, an application for putting AQUILA HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2020-404-1868. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 20 November 2020 at 10.00am.
