This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 September 2020, an application for putting TEMPLER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2020-470-79. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 27 October 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Tally Ho Industries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co., c/- Level 4, 162 Victoria Street West, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Malcolm David Whitlock, whose address is as noted above.
