This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 September 2020, an application for putting AVONDALE TRUCK AND MACHINERY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2020-404-1482. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 23 October 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is J & P Drainage Contractors Limited, whose address for service is care of Davies Law, Level 1, 19 Mauranui Avenue, Epsom, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitors are Stephen John Davies and Alden Ho, whose address is as noted above.
