1. On 11 September 2020, an application for putting THE FAIRY SHOP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2020-404-1582. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 23 October 2020 at 10.00am.
