1. On 20 August 2020, an application for putting OPEN SYSTEMS SPECIALISTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2020-404-1373. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 2 October 2020 at 10.00am.
