The notice with the above title, for SNELLS BEACH LIMITED, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 September 2020, Notice No. 2020-aw4179, is hereby revoked.

On 8 September 2020 it was incorrectly notified that Station Rd Liquor Limited (in liquidation) had filed liquidation proceedings against SNELLS BEACH LIMITED. This was due to omitting the word “LIQUOR” from the correct company name of SNELLS BEACH LIQUOR LIMITED. SNELLS BEACH LIMITED has no connection or debt to Station Rd Liquor Limited (in liquidation).

Station Rd Liquor Limited (in liquidation) has not filed any Court proceedings against SNELLS BEACH LIMITED. Apologies are tendered to the suppliers, customers, shareholders and anyone else connected with SNELLS BEACH LIMITED for the confusion caused by the incorrect public notice.
