1. On 22 July 2020, an application for putting CENTRAL HELICOPTERS LIMITED (formerly CENTRAL HELICOPTERS (2014) LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2020-470-064. The application is to be heard by the High Court in Tauranga on Monday 14 September 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
