1. On 30 June 2020, an application putting MULTI MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2020-409-281. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch, on 20 August 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
