This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 May 2020, an application for putting BUSINESS ENHANCERS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North. Its reference number is CIV-2020-454-26. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Palmerston North on Thursday 16 July 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
