This document notifies you that:

1. On 25 May 2020, an application for putting ROYALE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2020-470-39. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 3 August 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day,
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4.  The plaintiff is Diverse Construction Limited, whose address for service is c/-Harris Tate Limited, 29 Brown Street, Tauranga, 3110. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Oliver Fenner Moorcroft whose address is as noted above.
