1. On 14 November 2019, an application for putting CALIBRE ROOFING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2019-404-2539. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 14 February 2020 at 10.45am.
