This document notifies you that:

1. On 25 November 2019, an application for putting PRISON FELLOWSHIP OF NEW ZEALAND TRUST into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2019- 485-709. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday 2 June 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
