This document notifies you that:

1. On 14 February 2020, an application for putting DISCOVER CHINA AND NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2020-485-61. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 23 June 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
