1. On 15 November 2019, an application for putting TARANAKI PHARMACY SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2019-404-2616. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 21 February 2020 at 10.00am.
