This document notifies you that:

1. On 14 February 2020, an application for putting PARTIMPORTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2020-419-32. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 20 April 2020 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
