Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the NZ Transport Agency gives notice with effect from 17 November 2020 that part of State highway, described in the First Schedule, is revoked.

First Schedule

Part of State Highway now included as Pine Valley Road, commencing on Dairy Flat Road approximately 400m southwest of Silverdale interchange on State Highway 1 extending in a general north-western direction to end at the junction with the former alignment of Pine Valley Road. The extent of road to be revoked is defined by the following three properties on original SO Plan 69850:

1. 1.2800ha, Part Lot 5, DP 136559 (part CT 80C/104);
2. 65m², Part Allotment 8, Parish of Okura (part CT 55A/1439); and
3. 2.4517ha, Part Lot 1, DP 101886 (part CT 57B/480).
