Notice That Particular Low Voltage or Extra-Low Voltage Fittings or Appliances are Declared High Risk Articles (Type B and Type F Rcd)
Pursuant to Regulation 83 of the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, I, Mark Stephen Wogan, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of Worksafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that the low voltage or extra low voltage fittings or appliances listed in the Schedule below are declared high risk articles, with effect from 30 November 2020.
