Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 30 September 2020 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the notice Financial Markets Conduct (NZX Listing Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2020 – Direct Listings Disclosure Requirements.

Amendments to the following rules have been approved:

1. NZX Listing Rules provided to the Financial Markets Authority for approval on 12 August 2020, as amended on 30 September 2020.

The approved rule changes will come into effect on a date to be determined by NZX in accordance with the requirements of the NZX Listing Rules.
