Pursuant to section 47(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime Rules dated 17 July 2020, in relation to seafarers who hold an old or legacy certificate and are applying for the corresponding certificate of competency or endorsement issued under Part 32 of the Maritime Rules, as per Table 47.
