Pursuant to section 448(2) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice of the making of the following maritime rules:

Maritime Rules (Part 90) Amendments 2020

These rules were signed on 9 September 2020 and will come into force on 16 October 2020.

These rules are available for inspection free of charge, or for purchase, from Maritime New Zealand, Level 11, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or on the Maritime New Zealand website at www.maritimenz.govt.nz/rules.
