In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 10 July 2020 approved the granting of the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (Vector Limited) Exemption Notice 2020.

The exemption takes effect on Wednesday 19 August 2020.
