The Privacy Commissioner invites public submissions on the proposed revocation and replacement of the Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 and the Superannuation Schemes Unique Identifier Code 1995 under section 33(3) of the Privacy Act 2020. The replacements will implement changes that have been enacted in the Privacy Act 2020.
