In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 18 February 2020 approved the granting of the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (Augusta Capital Limited) Exemption Notice 2020.

The exemption took effect on Friday 5 June 2020.
