Pursuant to section 448(2) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice of the making of the following marine protection rules:

Marine Protection (Parts 102 and 131) Amendment Rules 2020

These rules were signed on 21 April 2020 and will come into force on 27 May 2020.

These rules are available for inspection free of charge, or for purchase, from Maritime New Zealand, Level 11, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or on the Maritime New Zealand website at: www.maritimenz.govt.nz/rules.
